Wash Rinse and Repeat without Knowing it!

Wash Rinse and Repeat......

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

Have you ever driven home from work and suddenly realized you don't remember the last few miles?

You know you stopped at the lights. You know you made the turns. You know you drove safely.

But you can't actually remember doing it.

How is that possible?

Because your mind has learned the route so well that it no longer requires your conscious attention. It simply runs a familiar program.

This is an everyday example of what I call a trance—not the kind you see in movies, but a highly practiced mental pattern that operates automatically.

The same thing happens in life.

Many of us keep repeating emotional and behavioral patterns without realizing we're doing it.

We choose the same kind of relationships.

We react the same way when criticized.

We avoid the same opportunities.

We work ourselves to exhaustion trying to prove we're enough.

We apologize when we've done nothing wrong.

We stay silent when we should speak.

Or we become angry when what we're really feeling is fear.

It's as if an old program quietly takes over.

I call it wash, rinse, repeat.

The frustrating part is that we usually don't notice the pattern because we've been living it for so long. Like the drive home, it feels normal.

That's why willpower alone often doesn't create lasting change. You can't change a pattern you don't recognize.

One of the most rewarding moments in coaching is watching someone suddenly stop and say,

"I do that every time."

That moment of awareness changes everything.

Because once you become conscious of the program, you no longer have to let it keep writing your future.

So here's my question for you:

What pattern have you been repeating for years without even realizing it? Are you ready to change it?

The answer may explain far more about your life than you think.
